A serial entrepreneur, coach, and marketing and sales specialist, Arash Rasuli serves as the COO of Pearl Horizon Consulting (PHC). Throughout his 15 years of profound experience in both public and private sector institutions, he has been leading teams, establishing businesses, implementing marketing and public relations campaigns, restructuring sales teams, and coaching professionals. In his previous position as the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Insurance Corporation of Afghanistan (ICA), Arash Rasuli was responsible for driving sales with a focus on growing the company's market share and revenue expansion. During his tenure at ICA, he took innovative initiatives to restructure the sales team and sales processes which resulted in an increase in the company’s revenue by 35%. Prior to joining ICA, he oversaw business development for SMN Investment where he nurtured key relationships and engendered strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth. Arash earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Afghanistan with an emphasis on Marketing and Management. His greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership.
