Ms. Aria is a mission-driven international development professional with 11 years of progressive experience in project management and business development with field experience in conflict-affected economies. She's highly skilled in designing and managing 3-5 year economic growth projects at USAID, the World Bank Group, and international development firms. With a level two Federal Acquisition Certification for Contract Officer Representative (FAC-COR), she has managed projects with a combined value of $289M in the areas of private sector development ($25M), trade and investment promotion ($150M), mining reform ($20M), women economic empowerment ($72M), and public financial management reform ($5M), resulting in the creation and growth of thousands of businesses (at least 40% increase in revenue); generation of employment opportunities for 10,000+ women and youth; and major policy changes in favor of private sector development in developing economies. Ms. Aria manages research projects at PHC while playing a key role in the organization's business development activities.
